Ramprasad Pal elected as Deputy Speaker
Mar 28, 2023Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA of 18 Surjyamaninagar assembly constituency Ramprasad Pal has been elected as the Deputy Speaker of Tripura Legislative Assembly on Tuesday. No candidate was fielded by the opposition. As a result, Ramprasad Pal was elected as the Deputy speaker of Tripura Legislative Assembly unopposed.
Today on the third day of the assembly session, I convey my heartfelt congratulations to respected member Mr. Ramprasad Pal for being elected as Deputy Speaker without any contest, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha wrote on his facebook.
