CM Dr. Manik Saha chairs virtual meet over COVID situation of state
Jul 22, 2022Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, who is currently in home isolation after being infected with COVID on Friday directed the officials of the state health department to closely monitor the COVID situation of the state.
The Chief Minister was chairing a virtual meeting with the health officials on Friday. He directed the officials to generate mass awareness among the general public and laid stress on abiding by the central and state guidelines to minimize the spread of COVID in the state.
In the virtual meeting, the Chief Minister also advised to outline necessary steps to increase specialist medical services in various district hospitals and sub-divisional hospitals of the state. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of keeping in view the infrastructural development at various levels of health services as well as the better service to the patients.
