May 08, 2024Assam Rifles Public School under the aegis of Agartala Sector Assam Rifles felicitated Sampooran Shukla from Ashiyana Complex, Alam Bagh, Lucknow, UP on 08 May 2024 at Agartala Garrison, Tripura.
Sampooran Shukla an Ex Radio Jockey from All India Radio, Lucknow is a solo cyclist on pan India self funded cycle tour with aim to ride 25000 km covering 28 states making countrymen especially the younger generation aware about safeguarding environment and ways to curb it's degradation. He also is sharing with students the message of being humane and benevolent with fellow countrymen.
Till date he has travelled 11430 km covering 16 states, starting his journey from Dwarkadhish, Gujarat on 03 Aug 2023. Tripura is the 17th state he has visited. He is desirous to end his journey by Feb 2025 at Lucknow, UP after touring the balance of the states.
Assam Rifles Public School felicitated him for the initiative and noble cause in the school compound at Agartala Garrison.
