CM Dr. Manik Saha inspects infrastructural projects in capital town
Sep 21, 2023Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Thursday made an extensive inspection of various ongoing infrastructure project works here in the capital town of Agartala and said that the government has laid emphasis on development and maintenance of infrastructure of the state.
He said that the purpose of his visit is to check the ongoing project works and also to expedite the works. Dr. Saha visited the construction site of the multi-storied state administrative building in Gorkha Basti, Muktadhara Auditorium, Agartala Nazrul Kalakshetra, National School of Drama, Sangeet Natak Academy, North East Regional Center of Lalitkala Academy and Tripura Institute of Film and Television.
During his visit the Chief Minister laid special emphasis on maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of the auditoriums in Agartala.
The Chief Minister today visited the proposed site for the new building of the Diploma Course of Tripura Institute of Technology at Narsinghgarh, where he discussed the project planning with the concerned engineers.
During the visit the Chief Minister was accompanied by the senior officials and engineers of the PWD department.
