CM Dr Manik Saha meets Union Edu minister Dharmendra Pradhan
Feb 19, 2025Chief Minister Dr Manik Saja on Wednesday met the Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan at his residence in New Delhi and discussed various educational development projects in the state.
The meeting focused on the advancement of Vidya Jyoti Schools, the upgradation of Women’s College to a Women’s University, and the conversion of Tripura Institute of Technology into a Technical University. Several other pending issues related to the ministry were also deliberated upon during the discussion.
The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of these educational reforms in enhancing higher education infrastructure in Tripura and ensuring better academic opportunities for students.
The Union Minister assured his support in addressing the matters raised by the Tripura government.
