Double-Engine Govt continuously striving for all-round development of Bihar: PM Modi
May 30, 2025The Prime Minister Narendra Modi affirmed that India’s fight against terrorism has been unwavering and it will never stop. He said, whether the threat emerges from beyond borders or from within, our determination to crush it is absolute. The Prime Minister said Pakistan and the world have seen the power of India’s daughters’ Sindoor and the unprecedented valour and courage of the BSF during Operation Sindoor. He said the enemy should understand that this is just one arrow in our quiver. He said that the enemy of the country, in any form, be it terrorism or naxalism, will be dealt with swiftly and decisively.
Mr Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth over 48,520 crore rupees in Karakat of Bihar this morning. Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said, the double-engine government is continuously striving for the all-round development of Bihar. In this direction, it inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth thousands of crores of rupees today.
The Prime Minister inaugurated the Four-Lane Patna-Gaya-Dobhi section of NH-22, a project worth around 5,500 crore rupees, along with a part of the Four-Lane elevated highway in Gopalganj Town on NH-27, valued at over 249 crore rupees. The Patna-Gaya-Dobhi highway enhanced connectivity between the capital city of Patna and the heritage city of Gaya in Bihar. The Prime Minister also dedicated to the nation the third rail line between Son Nagar and Mohammad Ganj, a project worth over 1,330 crore rupees.
