Govt has given special importance to the development of tourism: Chief Minister
Aug 19, 2023The state government has given special importance to the development of tourism. A large number of tourists visited the state last year. Among them, the number of foreign tourists was also significant, said Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha after inaugurating the two-day photography exhibition organized by the Tripura Photo Journalist’s Association (TPJA) on the theme of Tripura Tourism to mark the World Photography Day at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan premises on Saturday.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that the state government has given special importance to the development of tourism sector. Our aim is to develop the tourism sector of our Tripura state in mission mode. The number of tourists domestic and abroad is also increasing, he added.
