Domestic benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty are trading positively at elevated levels after touching record highs in the intra-day trade today.
At 1:30 pm, the BSE Sensex advanced 284 points or 0.35 per cent to 82,419 and the Nifty50 was also trading up at 25,239 with a rise of 87 points or 0.35 per cent.
In the broader market at BSE, the Mid-Cap and Small-Cap indices gained more than half a per cent each, when the reports last came in.
