Tripura HC full bench dismisses 10323 terminated teachers’ plea
Sep 26, 2023The full bench of the Tripura High Court on Tuesday dismissed the plea of the terminated 10323 teachers and slapped penalty of Rs. 25000 to the petitioner for practising the teachers’ moving to the court time and again despite several clarification of the termination of the 10323 teachers.
The full bench of the High Court was headed by the Chief Justice A K Singh and comprised of Justice T Amarnath Gaud and Justice Arindam Lodh.
The court during the hearing of the petition observed that there were several similar petition filed with the courts in different occasion and stated that the latest petitioner Pranab Deb failed to point out that how he should be treated differently with his petition. Petitioner pointed out that he had not been individual termination letter and hence he is in no way be included in the case.
The entire proceeding of the High Court was live streamed from the court room on Tuesday.
