Minister Sushanta Chowdhury chairs review meeting on ‘VBSY’
Nov 30, 2023Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Tourism Sushanta Chowdhury on Thursday chaired a review meeting on ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ in Sepahijala.
In the meeting Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Tourism Sushanta Chowdhury said that the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ and Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0 has been started to reach the last person of the society to avail them the various projects and services of the Central and State Governments. The objective of these two programs is to ensure that government projects and services are accessible to the people.
He said that there should be coordination between the public representatives of 3-tier Panchayat Raj System and government officials in the implementation of government projects. This year's Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ and Prati Ghore Sushasan 2.0 campaign should reach the maximum number of people with access to government projects and services, he added.
MLA of 16-Bishalgarh Constituency Sushanta Deb, MLA Antara Sarkar Deb, MLA Bindu Debnath, Sepahijala Zilla Parishad Chairperson Supriya Das Dutta, Assistant Chairperson Pintu Aich and others were present in the review meeting.
