35 camps to be organized in West Tripura district under ‘Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan

The Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan will be launched in West Tripura district on June 15 as part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh celebrations. The campaign will continue until June 30, aiming to promote public participation and awareness of various government welfare schemes.
Addressing a press conference on Saturday at the West Tripura District Magistrate’s office, District Magistrate Dr. Vishal Kumar, announced that an awareness campaign at the district level will be held on June 17 at the DM's conference hall.
As part of the initiative, 35 outreach camps will be organized across eight blocks of the district between June 20 and June 26. These camps will provide a range of citizen services including: Aadhaar card enrollment and updates, PM-KISAN scheme registration, Ayushman Bharat health card distribution, Opening of Jan Dhan bank accounts, Access to other key social security schemes.
Dr. Kumar expressed hope that the campaign will play a vital role in the overall development of the state by ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach every eligible citizen.
