In cricket, Australia were all out for 469 in their first innings against India on the second day of the World Test Championship final at the Oval in England.

Australia resumed their first innings from the overnight score of 327 for 3 but Indian bowlers struck at regular intervals and scalped the remaining seven wickets by spilling just 142 runs.

This is team India's second consecutive WTC final in as many editions and will look to go one better this time around. India lost to New Zealand in the final of the inaugural edition of the championship.
