Warning of closure of tourist centers
Oct 27, 2022On Thursday, the society for the protection of Narkelkunja belonging to Raisyabari RD block handed over the memorandum to the governor of Gandachhara sub-division, Arindam Das, demanding thirteen points. According to them, the state chief minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated 15 log huts in Narkelkunja on October 17.
These houses were given to outsiders instead of being handed over to the Coconut Grove Protection Society. Their demand is to hand over these lock hats to the Narkelkunja Protection Society. Otherwise they will close the tourist center Narkelkunja for an indefinite period because they are many young people who are suffering from lack of employment in the area. If log huts are handed over to them, employment will be facilitated. What is to be seen is the measures taken by the administration now.
