Tripura govt is committed to develop sports infrastructure: CM Dr. Manik Saha
May 30, 2025The State government has taken the initiative to develop advanced sports infrastructure in the State said Chief Minister Prof Dr Manik Saha after inaugurated the two battery-powered drinks cars that will deliver water and other essentials to players at MBB Club House on Friday.
Tripura's cricket infrastructure is being augmented with modern facilities. The Tripura Cricket Association is collaborating with the government's efforts to develop sports in the State, he added.
Meanwhile, Speaking during a blood donation camp organized by Tripura Cricket Association on the same occasion Chief Minister Prof Dr Manik Saha encouraged the blood donors. Though science and technology have developed to a great extent, no person has succeeded in finding an alternative or a substitute for blood. Hence, the blood is very precious, said the chief minister.
Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Tinku Roy and others were also present.
