Government continuously trying to build digital Tripura says CM Dr. Manik Saha


Our government is continuously trying to build digital Tripura said Chief Minister of Tripura Dr. Manik Saha while addressing in the inaugural ceremony of Smart Training centre at IT Bhavan, Indranagar, Agartala on Monday.

The aim of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to become digital India will come true when all the states in India become digital, the Chief Minister said.

Tripura has taken another step towards becoming digital Tripura. His priority is to provide a transparent government in the state. If all the official records become digital than no one can temper with them and they will last much longer compared to the records those are in papers, the chief minister said.

 "It is also our objective to provide a corruption free, dynamic and transparent government in Tripura so that the fruits of developments reach the grassroot level. In this Smart Training center there are 60 seats and officers from all over Tripura will come here for tanning purposes, he added.

Minister for Finance, Planning and Coordination, Information Technology Pranajit Singha Roy and others were also present.

Digital India is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.
