World Food India 2023 to display Tripura’s honey, Matabari Peda

Agartala, Nov 02: With another prolific journey for the state of Tripura in the North East region of the country, the World Food India 2023 starting from November 3 is all set to showcase the state’s famous Matabari Peda having a religious significance and honey.
With the objective of introducing the world to rich Indian food culture as well as promoting investments in the diverse food processing sector of the country, the World Food India 2023 will be held at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. The Tripura Matabari Peda and the state produced honey will be displayed in the North East pavilion of the food fiesta.
A two-member delegation comprising of Chairman Jayanta Datta and member Pradip Das of Udaipur’s Farmers Producer Organization will fly to Delhi to take part in the food festival.
