CM Dr. Manik Saha chairs 107th board meeting of THCB
Jul 05, 2025Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday chaired the 107th Board Meeting of the Tripura Housing and Construction Board (THCB) at Conference Hall No. 1 in the State Secretariat, Agartala.
The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of ongoing housing projects and discussing future strategies to strengthen the state's infrastructure and housing development. Dr. Saha stressed the importance of timely execution of government schemes, sustainable construction practices, and ensuring affordable housing for all sections of society.
Senior officials of the THCB and other board members were present at the meeting. Detailed presentations were made on current housing schemes, project implementation status, financial planning, and proposed initiatives to meet the growing housing demands in both urban and rural areas of Tripura.
Dr. Saha, while addressing the board, highlighted the government’s commitment to accelerating infrastructure development and improving the standard of living for the people of Tripura. He also directed officials to ensure transparency and efficiency in the execution of all housing-related projects.
