Women's Cricket T-20 World Cup: India to play first match against Pakistan in Cape Town


In the Women's Cricket T-20 World Cup, India will play their first match against arch-rivals Pakistan in Newlands, Cape Town at 6.30 pm Tomorrow. Whereas in today's fixtures, West Indies will take on England at 6.30 pm while Australia will lock horns with New Zealand at 10.30 pm IST. 

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka defeated host South Africa by 3 runs in the opening match of the T-20 World Cup at Newlands in Cape Town yesterday. Chasing a victory target of 130, South Africa made 126 with 1 wicket in hand in the stipulated 20 overs. Earlier, put into bat, skipper Chamari Athapaththu's blazing 68 off 50 helped Sri Lanka to post a challenging 129 for 4. Chamari Athapaththu was adjudged player of the match.
