Priyanka Gandhi likely to visit Tripura: Sudip Roy Barman
Aug 21, 2023Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is likely to visit violence-hit Manipur and Tripura soon, said Congress MLA of 6 Agartala constituency Sudip Roy Barman at congress bhavan on Monday. “I had already spoken to her about the visit and she is likely to visit violence-hit Manipur and Tripura soon”, he added.
During her visit Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will visit Maa Tripureswari temple, he said.
Meanwhile, MLA of 6 Agartala constituency Sudip Roy Barman who has been recently appointed as a permanent invitee in the Congress Working Committee (CWC) was felicitated by his supporters at congress bhavan on Monday.
On his facebook Sudip Roy Barman on Monday wrote, Many thanks to Tripura Pradesh Congress for giving so much love. I am overwhelmed, very happy and honoured to have so much love and affection from all of you.
He also thanked Mallikarjun Kharge for nominating him as permanent invitee in the Congress Working Committee (CWC). He also thanked Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi for trusting and believing in him.
