Khelo India Winter Games 2024: Karnataka continues to lead the top in medal tally for 4th day


Karnataka continued to lead the top in the medal tally for the fourth day on Tuesday in the ongoing Khelo India Winter Games 2024 being held in Ladakh at Leh. Karnataka won four gold medals, while Maharastra with 3 Golds, 8 Silver and 5 Bronze is in the second place in the medal tally.

With 2 Golds, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze, Telangana is in the third rank of Medal tally of the fourth day of the Khelo India Winter Games. The host UT Ladakh is in the fourth position with 1 gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal.

Competition in the Long track Ice Speed Skating in 500 metres and 1000 metres under 17 and Above 17 categories were held on Tuesday.

The final match of Ice Hockey in the men's category will be played tomorrow between Indian Army and ITBP. UT Ladakh and ITBP will square off in the Women's Ice Hockey Match of the fourth edition of Khelo India Winter Games 2024.

Out of six disciplines of Khelo India Winter Games, two disciplines namely Ice Hockey and Speed Track Skating are being held at Leh as it is being jointly host by Ladakh Union Territory and Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
