Indian table tennis player Ankur Bhattacharjee clinched his maiden WTT men’s singles title after defeating Slovenia’s third seed Deni Kozul 3-1 in the final of the WTT Feeder Olomouc in Czechia.
The world No. 78 produced a memorable performance throughout the tournament to secure his first WTT singles crown. The victory adds to an impressive 2026 campaign in which he had already reached two quarterfinals and two semifinals.
Ankur also completed a golden double in Olomouc, winning the men’s doubles title alongside fellow Indian Akash Pal. The Indian pair defeated Hungary’s Csaba Andras Szantosi and Poland’s Alan Kulczycki Zalewski 3-1 in the final.
The 2025 Europe Youth Smash finalist in Sweden has now taken another significant step forward on the international stage, with his maiden WTT title marking a major milestone in his growing career.
