Tripura Gears Up for ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ to Mark PM Modi’s Birth Anniversary

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Wednesday participated in a state-level preparatory meeting along with other party leaders for the successful observance of the country-wide ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, which will be organised from September 17 to October 17, 2026.
The month-long campaign is being organised to mark the birth anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and commemorate 25 years of his dedicated service and commitment to public welfare.
During the preparatory meeting, discussions were held on organising various programmes and public welfare initiatives across the state as part of the special campaign. The initiative will focus on promoting the spirit of service and strengthening outreach to people, particularly those at the last mile of society.
According to the campaign's objectives, a series of welfare-oriented programmes will be organised across Tripura during the month-long observance, with the aim of taking public service initiatives and development benefits to every section of society.
The campaign will seek to further strengthen the commitment to public service and advance the resolve of ensuring the welfare and upliftment of the people, particularly those belonging to the most marginalised sections of society.
Chief Minister Dr Saha and other party leaders emphasised the importance of ensuring the successful implementation of the campaign across the state and promoting the spirit of Seva through various public welfare activities.
