Minister Bikash Debbarma Reviews Development Push in Sepahijala

Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma on Monday chaired a district-level review meeting in Sepahijala, taking stock of the progress of key government programmes and development initiatives across the district.
The meeting reviewed the status of several critical sectors, including education, healthcare, drinking water and road connectivity. The Minister emphasised effective implementation of government schemes, timely execution of development projects and stronger public service delivery.
Debbarma stressed the importance of ensuring that government initiatives reach people at the grassroots and deliver visible results. He said the government’s continued focus remains on translating development programmes into tangible benefits and meaningful improvements in the lives of the people.
The review meeting also highlighted the need for coordinated efforts among concerned departments to address implementation challenges and accelerate ongoing development works in Sepahijala.
The Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to strengthening basic infrastructure and ensuring efficient delivery of essential services to the people.
