The cheque was handed over to Manashree's father in the presence of the minister, who praised the association's humanitarian initiative and urged society to continue extending support to the child.

Sharing the development on his official social media handle, Nath said the Tripura Agricultural Graduates Association had set a unique example of compassion by responding to his appeal and contributing Rs 3 lakh for Manashree's treatment. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the members of the association for their generous gesture.

Calling for collective responsibility, the minister appealed to people from all walks of life to stand beside Manashree and support her fight against the life-threatening disease. He also urged citizens to pray for her speedy recovery.
