Fast-Track Courts for question paper leak cases will protect students' future: CM Dr Manik Saha

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Thursday welcomed the Central Government's decision to establish fast-track courts for the speedy disposal of cases related to examination paper leaks, describing it as a landmark initiative that reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi's unwavering commitment to safeguarding the future of the country's youth.
In a statement, the Chief Minister said the decision demonstrates the Centre's determination to protect the hard work, merit and aspirations of millions of students across the country.
Calling the move a "historic and hopeful step," Dr. Saha said that by ensuring swift, stringent and uncompromising justice in paper leak cases, the Modi government has sent a clear message that no one will be spared for tampering with the dreams and future of the nation's young generation.
"The decision will instill renewed confidence among crores of hardworking students and strengthen fairness, transparency and credibility in the recruitment and competitive examination system," the Chief Minister said.
Dr. Saha further stated that the initiative would act as a strong deterrent against examination-related malpractices while reinforcing public faith in the integrity of India's recruitment and competitive examination process.
He added that the Centre's decision reflects the government's consistent efforts to uphold merit-based opportunities and ensure that deserving candidates receive a fair and transparent platform to compete, free from corruption and irregularities.
