Chief Secretary hospitalised; CM says condition stable


Agartala, July 22: Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha was admitted to a hospital after experiencing a sudden health issue, prompting Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha to personally monitor the situation and assure the public that the senior bureaucrat is in stable condition.The Chief Minister visited the hospital to enquire about the Chief Secretary's health and interacted with the attending doctors. Following the visit, Dr. Saha stated that Sinha is receiving appropriate medical treatment and that his condition remains stable.According to official sources, the Chief Secretary is under close observation, with a team of specialists monitoring his recovery.

 Doctors have advised rest while further medical evaluations are being carried out as a precaution.The Chief Minister also appealed to the public not to pay heed to rumours or unverified information regarding Sinha's health, stressing that the government is keeping a close watch on the situation and will provide updates whenever necessary. J.K. Sinha, one of the state's senior-most civil servants, plays a key role in the functioning of the Tripura administration. His hospitalisation drew concern across administrative and political circles, with officials expressing confidence that he will make a speedy recovery under expert medical care.
