CM Manik Saha Pushes Swift Redressal of Public Grievances

Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday reaffirmed his government's commitment to responsive and people-centric governance while chairing the 70th edition of the flagship public grievance redressal programme, 'Mukhyamantri Samipeshu'.

Conducted at the TIFT Conference Room in Agartala, the programme saw the Chief Minister virtually interact with residents of North Tripura district, who raised issues related to local administration, civic amenities, public services, and infrastructure development.

After hearing the grievances, Dr. Saha instructed the concerned district officials to take immediate and effective measures to ensure the timely resolution of all issues. He emphasized the importance of prompt action, accountability, and efficient service delivery to address citizens' concerns without delay.

Highlighting the significance of the initiative, the Chief Minister said 'Mukhyamantri Samipeshu' has become an effective platform for direct communication between the government and the people. The programme enables citizens from across the state to present their grievances directly before the Chief Minister, ensuring quicker intervention and improved administrative responsiveness.

Since its launch, the initiative has helped resolve hundreds of public grievances across Tripura, strengthening transparency, accountability, and public confidence in governance.

The session was attended by senior state government officials, district administration representatives, and beneficiaries from North Tripura, who appreciated the Chief Minister's direct engagement and the government's continued efforts to ensure timely resolution of public issues.
