Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal opened up about his journey in Bollywood, saying that surviving in the industry without strong backing requires unwavering self-belief and determination.
Juyal, who turns 35 today, is celebrating the milestone with his first film as a leading man, Bhai Tera Star Hai, directed by Vivek B. Agrawal. In the film, he plays Ajay Singh, a self-proclaimed “delusional actor” who dreams of becoming a star despite facing several challenges.
The actor said the character closely reflects his own journey of chasing opportunities and making a place for himself in the entertainment industry. According to Juyal, pursuing a dream in Bollywood demands a certain level of confidence and the ability to believe in oneself even when success seems uncertain.
He added that this mindset of “complete delusion” is necessary for anyone trying to achieve something difficult, as it helps them continue moving forward despite setbacks.
