West Tripura DM Undertakes Grassroots Field Visit to Birmohan Para

Agartala, Jul 3: As part of the West Tripura district administration's continued focus on strengthening grassroots governance, District Magistrate & Collector Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS, undertook an early morning field visit to Birmohan Para ADC Village under Lefunga R.D. Block on Thursday.The visit was aimed at ensuring effective delivery of public services at the grassroots level. During the inspection, the District Magistrate examined key public institutions and infrastructure, including a Health & Wellness Centre, government schools, Anganwadi centres, village roads, and other essential public facilities.
Dr. Kumar also interacted with local residents during the visit, seeking to understand their concerns, assess the implementation status of various government schemes, and gather first-hand feedback on service delivery and developmental needs in the village. According to the district administration, such field visits reflect its continued focus on strengthening governance and improving public services, aimed at ensuring that development reaches every village through direct engagement with the people.
