Ratan Lal Nath Welcomes B.L. Santhosh at Pineapple Festival

Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Monday welcomed BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santhosh to the Tripura Global Pineapple Festival at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi, reaffirming the state's commitment to promoting its globally acclaimed pineapple industry.
The third day of the festival witnessed the presence of Tripura BJP President Abhishek Debroy and Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee, adding to the significance of the event.
Highlighting the contribution of the farming community, Nath felicitated a pineapple grower and visited various exhibition stalls, where he interacted with exhibitors and appreciated their efforts in showcasing Tripura's world-famous pineapples and rich agricultural heritage.
Sharing the occasion on his social media handle, Nath said that the presence of B.L. Santhosh had added inspiration and greater significance to the celebration of the hard work and dedication of Tripura's farmers.
The Tripura Global Pineapple Festival aims to promote the state's pineapple growers, strengthen market linkages, and enhance the national and international visibility of Tripura's premium horticultural produce, further boosting opportunities for local farmers.
