Global crude oil prices declined on Thursday, with both major benchmarks trading lower in international markets. Brent crude fell 1.1 per cent to 78.67 US dollars per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped 1.7 per cent to 75.46 US dollars per barrel at the time of the last report.
The decline reflects weakness in the global oil market, although prices continue to remain above recent lows amid ongoing concerns over supply and demand dynamics.
