CM Manik Saha felicitates 476 new police constables, highlights women empowerment

Chief Minister Manik Saha on Thursday felicitated 476 newly passed-out police constables at the passing-out parade of the 91st and 92nd batches held at the KTDS Police Training Academy in Narsingarh.
A total of 476 trainees successfully completed their training, including 318 women, marking a significant representation of women in the state police force. The Chief Minister described the development as a reflection of the state government’s commitment to women’s empowerment and inclusive growth within the security sector.
Addressing the newly inducted constables, Dr. Saha said the government aims to build a modern, disciplined, people-friendly and humane police force. He urged the recruits to serve with integrity, courage, and compassion while ensuring law and order and public safety.
He also extended his congratulations to the new constables and wished them success in their future service to the community.
