CM Manik Saha Directs Swift Action on Public Grievances at “Mukhyamantri Samipeshu” Session

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday assured the people that the state government stands firmly by their side, as he listened to a fresh round of public grievances under his flagship outreach programme, “Mukhyamantri Samipeshu”.

During the session, the Chief Minister met common citizens from different parts of the state and heard their problems directly, ranging from healthcare and social welfare issues to land and administrative delays. Dr. Saha immediately issued instructions to concerned officials for swift and effective resolution of each case, emphasising prompt, on‑the‑spot action and strict follow‑up.

In a social media post, the CM wrote that “Mukhyamantri Samipeshu” continues to be a key mechanism through which the government addresses people’s difficulties closely and ensures that solutions reach them without unnecessary delay. He reiterated the state government’s commitment to working for public welfare, with good governance and people‑centric approaches at the core of its functioning.

The programme has steadily drawn large participation across districts, reinforcing the government’s narrative that it remains accessible and responsive to the everyday concerns of ordinary citizens.
