CM Dr Manik Saha Assures Full Support as Cyclonic Storm Damages Homes and Power Infrastructure

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said on Tuesday that a severe cyclonic storm accompanied by heavy rain has damaged houses and electric poles in several districts across the state. In a statement posted on his social media handle, he stated that ordinary people’s homes and power infrastructure have been affected due to the intense weather conditions.
Dr Saha added that district magistrates have already taken all necessary measures to deal with the situation, and the state government is working on a war‑footing to respond to the disaster. He reiterated that the government is fully committed to remaining by the side of the affected people and providing them with all possible assistance, including relief and restoration support.
