In a significant political development ahead of the TTAADC elections, Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday unveiled the Bharatiya Janata Party’s much-anticipated Sankalp Patra at Khumulwng, laying out a comprehensive vision for the future of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC).

Addressing party leaders, workers, and supporters, Dr. Saha reaffirmed that the BJP has consistently remained committed to delivering on its promises and prioritizing the welfare and empowerment of the Janajati communities. He emphasized that the newly released vision document is designed to ensure balanced and inclusive growth across all ADC areas.

The Sankalp Patra highlights a multi-dimensional development strategy focusing on economic advancement, social welfare, cultural preservation, and protection of indigenous languages. It also outlines key initiatives aimed at expanding access to quality education, promoting skill development among youth, and generating sustainable employment opportunities in tribal regions.

Highlighting the importance of inclusive governance, the Chief Minister stated that the BJP government is determined to bring transformative changes in the TTAADC by strengthening infrastructure, boosting livelihood opportunities, and preserving the rich cultural identity of the indigenous population.

Dr. Saha further asserted that the party’s vision of a “Viksit TTAADC” is rooted in prosperity, empowerment, and equal opportunities, ensuring that no section of society is left behind in the development journey.

With the elections approaching, the release of the Sankalp Patra is being seen as a key step in shaping the political narrative in the TTAADC, as the BJP seeks to expand its footprint in the tribal council areas.
