CM Manik Saha Leads BJP Surge as 700 Voters Join in ADC Campaign
Apr 02, 2026Chief Minister Manik Saha on Thursday strengthened the BJP’s campaign momentum by attending a joining programme at Paharpur under the Newbazar–Malbasa constituency.
At the event, nearly 700 voters from various political parties joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), marking a significant boost ahead of the TTAADC elections. Welcoming the new members, the Chief Minister highlighted that their decision reflects growing confidence in the development-driven initiatives and people-centric policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He stated that the spontaneous support from the indigenous communities demonstrates a collective aspiration for peace, development, and good governance in the ADC areas. Reaffirming his commitment, Dr. Saha assured that the government will continue working inclusively for the overall development of Newbazar–Malbasa and surrounding regions.
Urging people to stay united and rise above misinformation, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that with public support, the BJP will secure victory in the TTAADC, symbolising the rise of the lotus.
