Minister Sushanta Chowdhury Leads BJP Push in Majlishpur Ahead of TTAADC Polls
Mar 30, 2026Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport and Tourism, Sushanta Chowdhury on Monday intensified the BJP’s campaign for the upcoming TTAADC elections by attending a ‘Karyakarta Sammelan’ at Uttar Joynagar under Majlishpur Assembly Constituency.
The programme was organised in support of BJP-nominated candidate Rajesh Debbarma for the 16 Mandainagar-Pulinpur constituency. A large number of party workers and local supporters were present at the gathering, reflecting strong grassroots mobilisation ahead of the polls.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister underscored the state government’s continuous efforts towards the socio-economic development and upliftment of tribal communities. He highlighted various welfare initiatives and reiterated the BJP’s commitment to ensuring better infrastructure, connectivity, and livelihood opportunities in tribal areas.
Chowdhury urged voters to extend their support to BJP candidates and cast their votes in favour of the party’s symbol, the lotus, on April 12. Expressing confidence, he said that with the people’s support, BJP nominees would secure a resounding victory in the TTAADC elections.
