Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport and Tourism, Sushanta Chowdhury, on Thursday assured the Assembly that there is no shortage of LPG cylinders, petrol or diesel anywhere in the state at present.
Responding to a calling attention notice raised by MLA Gopal Chandra Roy during the ongoing Assembly session, the Minister categorically stated that the supply of essential fuel commodities remains normal and stable across Tripura.
Highlighting the government’s position, Sushanta Chowdhury said there is no reason for people to panic or be misled by rumours regarding any possible shortage of LPG, petrol or diesel.
