CM Manik Saha Highlights Youth Empowerment at Tripura University Convocation
Mar 08, 2026Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday attended the 14th Convocation Ceremony of Tripura University in the presence of the Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister congratulated all the students who received certificates and awards, describing them as the future architects of a “Viksit Tripura.” He said their achievements mark the beginning of a journey filled with responsibility and new opportunities.
Dr. Saha expressed happiness at witnessing the bright and confident faces of the graduating students and said they would play a vital role as future leaders and change-makers in society.
Highlighting the state government’s vision for the future, the Chief Minister said the focus remains on building a knowledge-driven and skill-oriented Tripura by empowering the youth. He emphasized that young people must be encouraged to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders across various sectors to contribute to the state’s overall development.
