CM Manik Saha Launches Pond Rejuvenation Project in Pratapgarh

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Monday laid the foundation stone for the rejuvenation and beautification of a pond at Hrishi Colony in Pratapgarh, Ward No. 43 under the Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC). The project will be implemented under the AMRUT scheme.
Highlighting the state government’s firm commitment to holistic development, the Chief Minister said that in the past one year alone, he has laid foundation stones and inaugurated projects worth over ₹1,300 crore across various parts of the state. He emphasized that the government is working with dedication to ensure balanced and sustainable development in both urban and rural areas.
Dr. Saha said the rejuvenation and beautification of the pond at Hrishi Colony will not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the locality but also contribute to environmental conservation and improved civic amenities for residents.
Mayor of AMC Dipak Majumder, Deputy Mayor Monika Das Dutta, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
