Minister Sushanta Chowdhury Attends Silver Jubilee Blood Donation Camp
Feb 13, 2026Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport and Tourism, Sushanta Chowdhury, on Friday attended a blood donation camp organised to mark the Silver Jubilee celebrations of “Millennium Steps” at Notunnagar in Agartala.
The camp was organised as part of the organisation’s 25-year milestone, with enthusiastic participation from members, well-wishers and voluntary blood donors. The initiative aimed to contribute to the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donation.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister thanked all the members of Millennium Steps for taking such a meaningful initiative. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to the blood donors who came forward voluntarily to support the humanitarian cause.
Chowdhury emphasised that blood donation is a noble act of service to humanity and encouraged more people to participate in such life-saving initiatives in the future.
