CM Dr Manik Saha calls youth to lead India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Saturday said that the dreams of a Viksit Bharat by 2047, envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, can only be realised through the active and committed participation of the country’s youth.
Addressing a large gathering at the Budget Yuva Sammelan organised by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Town Hall, Agartala, the Chief Minister underlined the crucial responsibility resting on the shoulders of the young generation.
Dr Saha said that today’s youth power will play the most significant role in shaping India’s future and that the responsibility of BJYM workers is particularly important in this direction. He urged the youth to work as ambassadors of development, taking the message of progress, nationalism and good governance to every section of society.
Referring to the Union Budget presented this year, the Chief Minister said it clearly reflects the goal of building a developed India.
He noted that the budget has been framed with a strong focus on improving the quality of life of citizens while simultaneously accelerating the country’s economic growth. According to him, provisions related to infrastructure, employment generation, innovation, education and empowerment of youth demonstrate the government’s long-term vision for national development.
Dr Saha encouraged BJYM workers and party functionaries to understand the budget in depth and communicate its benefits to the people, especially the youth, so that they can actively participate in India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
The Budget Yuva Sammelan witnessed enthusiastic participation from youths and BJYM leaders from across the state, reflecting growing awareness and engagement among young people regarding national policies and development goals.
