CM Manik Saha Applauds ‘Viksit Bharat Budget’, Calls It a Game-Changer for India’s 2047 Vision

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Sunday praised the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, describing it as a transformative and visionary roadmap that will steer India towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
In a post on his official social media handle, the Chief Minister congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on behalf of the people of the country for presenting the “Viksit Bharat Budget,” which he said outlines a clear 25-year growth strategy for building a strong and self-reliant India.
Dr Saha highlighted that the Budget places strong emphasis on key sectors such as manufacturing, world-class infrastructure, healthcare, tourism, and rural development. He also noted the focus on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, development of modern sports facilities, and promotion of pilgrimage destinations, which together aim to boost economic growth and cultural development.
Stating that the Budget reflects the aspirations of the youth, women, and farmers, the Chief Minister said it would help transform dreams into reality across villages, towns, and cities. He added that the policy measures will further strengthen the foundation of a globally competitive India and ensure inclusive and sustainable development in the years to come.
