Blood Donation Is a Noble Cause: CM Manik Saha
Jan 08, 2026Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Thursday attended a blood donation camp organised by the Swasthya Bivagiya Karmachari Brindra in association with the Homeopathic Doctors’ Association.
Interacting with the participants, the Chief Minister encouraged voluntary blood donors and lauded their selfless contribution to society. Addressing the gathering, Dr Saha described blood donation as a noble and life-saving act that plays a vital role in public welfare. He also appreciated the organisers for taking the initiative to hold the camp in the interest of society.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from health workers, doctors and volunteers, reflecting a strong collective commitment towards humanitarian service and community welfare.
Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor and MLA Dipak Majumder, BJP Tripura Vice President Subal Bhowmik and other dignitaries were also present at the event.
