BJP Committed to Healthy Politics and Inclusive Development: CM Manik Saha

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Tuesday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is working with a firm commitment to establish healthy and democratic politics across both the hill and plain regions of Tripura.

Addressing a massive joining programme at Chawmanu, the Chief Minister stated that in the past, extremist organisations such as the ATTF and NLFT were created to suppress the voices of the people and derail democratic processes. He asserted that the BJP-led government has brought such misguided elements back into the mainstream, ensuring peace and stability in the state.

Highlighting public support for the party, Dr. Saha said that more than 2,400 voters joined the BJP during the event, reflecting growing trust in the party’s policies and governance.

The Chief Minister emphasised that the state government is working relentlessly to deliver good governance, overall development, and a strong law-and-order system to every household. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to preserving the culture and traditions of the tribal communities while ensuring their comprehensive socio-economic development.

Dr. Saha added that inclusive growth, social harmony, and respect for the rights and aspirations of all communities remain the core focus of the BJP-led government in Tripura.
