CM Dr. Manik Saha Pays Tribute to Late Speaker Biswabandhu Sen
Dec 27, 2025Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday paid floral tribute to Late Biswabandhu Sen, the Speaker of the Tripura Legislative Assembly, at the Assembly premises in Agartala.
Dr. Saha expressed profound grief over the passing of the senior leader and remembered Sen’s exemplary contributions to the state. He highlighted that Biswabandhu Sen dedicated his entire political journey to public service, strengthening democratic values and working tirelessly for the welfare of the people of Tripura.
The Chief Minister further said that Sen’s demise has left a significant void in Tripura’s political and legislative landscape, and his leadership will continue to inspire generations to come.
Late Biswabandhu Sen, who had also served as a prominent political figure with a distinguished career, was widely respected across party lines for his integrity, discipline, and commitment to public welfare.
