CM Dr Manik Saha Launches Rs 113-Crore Development Projects in Khowai
Dec 23, 2025Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Tuesday led a major development initiative in Khowai district by inaugurating 11 projects and laying the foundation stones for two important projects, including a District Hospital, with a total investment of Rs 113 crore.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister described the day as a significant milestone for the district’s development. He said the projects reflect the state government’s strong commitment to improving healthcare services, strengthening infrastructure, and expanding essential public facilities. According to him, these initiatives will bring long-term benefits to the people and accelerate Khowai’s overall progress.
Dr Saha stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state government is working with a focus on public welfare, rising above political considerations. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to inclusive development and improving the quality of life of citizens across Tripura.
The projects are expected to play a crucial role in boosting socio-economic growth and enhancing public service delivery in the district.
