“Love You Papa”: Sunny Deol Unveils Trailer of Dharmendra’s Final Film Ikkis
Dec 20, 2025Sunny Deol shared the trailer of Ikkis, the final film of his late father Dharmendra, on Instagram on December 19, 2025, calling it an emotional tribute with the caption, “Love you papa.” The post moved fans deeply, with many flooding the comments to express love and grief following the veteran actor’s passing in November 2025.
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis is a war drama based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Param Vir Chakra awardee, who laid down his life during the 1971 Indo-Pak war at the age of 21. Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, the movie was originally scheduled for December 25 but will now release in theatres on January 1, 2026.
The film stars Agastya Nanda in the lead role, alongside Dharmendra, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Simar Bhatia, marking the latter’s acting debut.
