CM Dr. Manik Saha Inaugurates District-Level NIPUN Fest in Agartala
Dec 11, 2025Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha on Thursday participated in the district-level NIPUN Fest held at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan, Agartala, marking the 4th anniversary of the NIPUN Bharat Mission and the 3rd anniversary of the NIPUN Tripura Mission.
Addressing the event, CM Saha emphasized the crucial role of the NIPUN Mission in strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy among young learners. He highlighted the importance of proper nurturing and quality education for every child, calling the Mission a transformative initiative that aligns with the state’s vision for holistic development of its students.
The NIPUN Fest showcased various activities and programs aimed at promoting early learning and ensuring that every child attains the necessary literacy and numeracy skills at the foundational level. The event also provided a platform for educators, students, and stakeholders to engage and share best practices in early education.
CM Saha lauded the efforts of teachers and educational institutions in implementing the mission effectively and reiterated the government’s commitment to nurturing young learners and ensuring that every child in Tripura receives a strong educational foundation.
