Minister Sushanta Chowdhury Reviews Progress of Jirania Water Park and Statewide Projects
Dec 01, 2025Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury on Monday convened a high-level review meeting at the Secretariat to assess the progress of the under-construction Water Park at Jirania’s Sachindranagar Colony and to take stock of various ongoing tourism development initiatives across the state.
The meeting was held in the conference hall of the Minister’s office chamber and was attended by the Tourism Department’s Secretary, Director, and other senior officials.
During the meeting, the Minister directed officials to ensure that all ongoing projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe while strictly maintaining quality standards. He emphasized that timely and efficient implementation of these projects is crucial for strengthening the state’s tourism infrastructure and improving visitor experiences.
